You will understand customer needs, explain product benefits, and resolve usage obstacles while maintaining accurate CRM records and generating regular performance reports.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in any field; reputable university preferred.
• Telesales experience with clear sales targets.
• Experience using CRM systems and WhatsApp Business.
• Experience in MSMEs, financing institutions, banking, or related industries preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and objection handling.
• Target-driven, proactive, and consistent in following up leads.
• Data management in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas).
• Able to manage multiple leads and maintain accurate interaction histories.

Aufgaben

• Proactively handle and follow up on leads via WhatsApp, email, and digital channels
• Guide users through the pipeline from sign-up to SME report
• Explain product benefits and assist customers in overcoming usage obstacles
• Handle inquiries and objections to increase conversion rates
• Conduct personalized follow-ups based on status and history
• Offer relevant promotions to encourage progression
• Update customer data, lead status, and communication history in CRM
• Monitor lead progress and prioritize follow-ups by conversion potential
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports on follow-ups and conversions
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
