Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers via telephone or WhatsApp and introduce the company, products, services, or promotions
• Explain benefits, pricing, facilities, and terms of products/services according to official company information
• Identify prospective customer needs and interests
• Record communication results with each prospective customer
• Conduct follow-up with prospective customers who have not yet made a transaction
• Contact customers according to follow-up schedule and provide additional information as needed
• Remind prospective customers about ongoing promotions, schedules, or offers
• Follow up on leads obtained from social media, WhatsApp, website, events, and other sources
• Guide prospective customers toward making purchases or using company services
• Offer products/services that match customer needs and explain promotional programs clearly and accurately
• Achieve sales targets or lead targets set by the company
• Perform up-selling or cross-selling when appropriate to customer needs
• Provide friendly, polite, and professional service
• Maintain communication with existing customers and inform them of new products, services, or programs
• Record customer complaints and forward them to the relevant department
• Maintain company reputation and image in all communications
• Input prospective customer and customer data completely
• Record the status of each lead (new, contacted, interested, follow-up, deal, not interested, unable to contact)
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data
• Prepare reports to management including number of prospective customers contacted, successful calls, interested leads, follow-ups conducted, customers who made transactions, sales value, obstacles encountered, and evaluation with next follow-up plans
