Job summary

Qualifications

• Indonesian citizenship required.

• Proven experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle and qualify incoming leads from potential property buyers.
• Communicate with international clients via WhatsApp, phone calls, and other channels.
• Identify clients’ needs, budgets, investment goals, and timelines.
• Evaluate lead quality and readiness to proceed.
• Transfer qualified leads to the Sales Managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
• Manage follow-ups and ensure no potential clients are overlooked.
• Monitor lead statuses and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Prepare daily reports on lead qualification activities and results.
