METTLER TOLEDO Indonesia is seeking a proactive candidate to qualify databases via phone and email, and to maintain and update our CRM records. This role involves identifying new leads, creating entries in the CRM, and routing them to the appropriate sales representatives.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with English reading/listening required. Ideal candidates will have a science/technical background, strong communication skills, and a result-driven, self-motivated attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's or Diploma degree with a science or technical background.
• English reading/listening skills are a must.

• Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or data surveying is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifying database via phone & email

Updating CRM Database

Find leads through phone communication, create leads in CRM, and assign leads to the correct sales

Support & execute planned TM campaigns or support event campaigns

Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's or Diploma degree with a science or technical background such as chemical, electrical, orelated fields is considered a plus.

English is a must (reading & listening)

Persuasive in information gathering and management

Result-driven

Self-motivatedwith a good working attitude

Background in the manufacturing industry is a plus

Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or data surveyor is an advantage
