METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a driven Sales Engineer to drive growth in the Surabaya, East Java area. You will engage clients, present technical solutions, and close opportunities with both end-users and dealers.

The role requires strong English, 5+ years of sales engineering experience, and knowledge of industrial processes. You will contribute to market expansion and customer satisfaction in a dynamic global company.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency for client communications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a sales engineer.
• Knowledge of industrial processes and load cells preferred.
• Understanding of automation, transmitters, Industry 4.0 and IoT is advantageous.

• Increase qualified customer database for targeted segments.
• Follow up on sales leads, fast response towards fulfilling customers’ enquiries.
• Provide sound consultation on Mettler Toledo’s product solution and application.
• Achieve personal & business unit target and agreed Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
• Learn product & application knowledge and able to understand customer need.
• Generate new lead and assist in organize marketing event in enhance new lead.
• Work closely with end-user and dealer in private industry

What You Need to Succeed

• Required language(s): English
• At least 5 Years of working experience as sales engineer is required for this position.
• Preferably has knowledge of Industrial processes, loadcells etc
• Knowledge of Automation, transmitter, Industry 4.0, and IoT will be an advantage
• Hard worker and target-oriented
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical or equivalent.
• Willing to be assigned in Surabaya/ East Java Area
