Job summary

CV INSPIRE (Part of SNS Group) identifies development needs based on business requirements and analyzes gaps to recommend suitable learning and development programs that boost organizational effectiveness.

It develops curricula, modules, guides, SOPs, competency matrices, and assessments, and organizes technical, leadership, sales, and compliance training across Indonesia, delivering sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Experience or interest in People Development, FMCG, Retail, Sales Force, Automotive, or Service Industry.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate people development or business effectiveness through data and business performance indicators.
• Strong project management, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Willing to travel to project sites across Indonesia when required.
