Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience focusing on Performance Management & Organizational Development.
• Experience in KPI development, performance reviews, and appraisal systems.
• Strong background in Organizational & Learning Development, incl. training and e-learning.
• Proven ability in developing a Competency Dictionary (Kamus Kompetensi).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual HCGA work plans and budgets for Training & Development, L&D, OD, and performance programs.
• Conduct TNA and develop, implement, evaluate training and development programs.
• Develop and monitor KPI and performance management processes, targets, evaluations, and improvement plans.
• Develop and maintain Job Descriptions, competency requirements, and career frameworks.
• Support OD initiatives including manpower planning, talent development, succession planning, and engagement.
• Develop and review HR policies and programs; monitor effectiveness and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, training providers, and external parties for program implementation and budget efficiency.
