Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Psychology, HR, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Performance/Talent Management or HCD, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Career Development, and Competency Management.
• Experience in developing and implementing KPI/Performance Management systems and talent development programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Performance Management and Talent Management programs across corporate and mining site operations.
• Develop and monitor KPI and performance evaluation systems aligned with mining objectives.
• Conduct Talent Review, Talent Mapping, and Succession Planning for critical positions across mining operations.
• Identify HiPo and develop talent development programs to support leadership pipeline.
