Job summary

Hypefast is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional in Jakarta to manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through to offers. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate requirements and publish vacancies across multiple channels.

The role requires hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment, including niche roles and mass hiring, plus strong communication and time management to handle multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment, including niche roles and/or mass hiring.
• Proficient in candidate sourcing through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
• Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
