Job summary

PT Kitar Technology Indonesia is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Associate to manage full-cycle recruitment with a campus focus across functions. You will source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, campus events, and referrals, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the interview process in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication in English, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while juggling multiple

Job description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across departments, with a focus on campus recruitment
• Source and attract candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, campus events, referrals, etc).
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and provide regular reports on hiring progress
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates
• Prior experience in talent acquisition, with proven success in handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in final semester
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
