Job summary

TOMA Group is seeking a Pass Section quality control specialist in South Tangerang to ensure all dishes meet taste, temperature, and presentation standards before service. You will oversee plating consistency and coordinate with kitchen sections to ensure timely completion.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years as Commis 1 in premium dining and possess a culinary qualification. This role emphasizes finishing, cleanliness, and adherence to restaurant standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: SMK Tata Boga / Culinary graduate
• Minimum 2 years experience as Commis 1 in hotel, premium restaurant, or fine dining
• Experience in Section Pass (quality control before food service, finishing and plating to restaurant standards)
• Willing to be placed in South Tangerang

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on food before service to guests (taste, temperature, presentation, and completeness)
• Ensure plating meets company standards and is consistent across all dishes
• Coordinate with all kitchen sections to ensure orders are completed on time
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and all Pass Section supplies
