Job summary

PT. Bangkit Lakuliner Indonesia seeks a Quality Control and Quality Assurance Assistant Manager to oversee QA and QC in a Central Kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, halal, sanitation, GMP and SOP standards across operations.

The role covers supplier audits, CAPA, SOP adherence, FIFO/FEFO, temperature control, and timely reporting on audits, complaints, and improvements; candidate should have leadership experience and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in F&B or Central Kitchen.
• Hands-on certification in GMP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and Halal standards.
• Strong knowledge of audit techniques (internal and external audits).
• Experience leading a team and coordinating with Production or cross-functional departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control QA and QC activities in Central Kitchen
• Control and evaluate incoming goods, in-line process, and finished product as standard
• Audit suppliers of raw materials and packaging materials
• Manage team members and coordinate with production
• Ensure all stores adhere to audit, food safety, hygiene, sanitation, GMP, and SOP standards
• Ensure all audit findings are addressed within target timeframe through CAPA
• Ensure SOPs, handling standards, storage procedures, FIFO/FEFO, and temperature control are properly implemented
• Prepare reports on audits, compliance, customer complaints, food safety incidents, and improvements
