Job summary

Indonesian Digitalization and Cybersecurity Association (ADIGSI) is seeking a Partnerships and Ecosystem Development Specialist to grow its member base, forge strategic alliances, and design programs that boost engagement, exposure, and revenue potential.

You will lead outreach to senior stakeholders, coordinate events and sponsorship opportunities, and build a measurable pipeline of partnerships that advance ADIGSI's mission in Indonesia's tech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Community/Ecosystem Development, Membership Development, or MICE/Event & Program Development.
• Proven ability to carry out stakeholder outreach, relationship management, and follow-up.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engagement with senior stakeholders.
• Able to manage pipelines, programs, stakeholders, and deadlines in a structured manner.

• Business development & sponsorship: identify partners and sponsors; design collaboration schemes; drive revenue streams.

We're looking for a proactive, personable individual to join our team as a Partnerships & Ecosystem Development Specialist. In this role, you'll drive the growth of the ADIGSI ecosystem by acquiring new members, developing business opportunities, and building partnerships and sponsorships. You'll also design programs and events that boost engagement, exposure, and revenue potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Membership growth: Build a qualified member pipeline and proactively carry out prospecting, approach, engagement, follow-up, and conversion of prospective members.

Business development & sponsorship: Identify and develop business opportunities, partners, and sponsors; design collaboration schemes; and drive conversion into partnerships, sponsorships, paid engagements, or revenue streams, including through business matching and market access.

Event & program development: Organize events, forums, roundtables, workshops, business matching, or other relevant activations as a vehicle for member acquisition, stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and the creation of business opportunities.

Communication & exposure: Support ADIGSI's positioning and visibility through momentum, collaboration, campaigns, and communication that strengthen the organization's value proposition.

Community & member engagement: Maintain relationships with existing members, understand their needs, and increase the participation and value they receive through the ADIGSI ecosystem.

Requirements:

S1 (Bachelor's degree) in any field and min. 3 years of relevant professional experience

Experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Community/Ecosystem Development, Membership Development, or MICE/Event & Program Development

Accustomed to carrying out stakeholder outreach, relationship management, and follow-up

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders professionally.

Able to manage pipelines, programs, stakeholders, and deadlines in a structured manner.

Preferred (but not mandatory):

Experience in an association/chamber or a membership/community-based organization related to the digital or technology industry.
