Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in health care and medtech, is seeking a Product Specialist for the Makassar region to promote joint replacement solutions. The role blends clinical support, sales execution, surgeon education, and operating room assistance to drive product adoption and business growth.

You will collaborate with surgeons, hospitals, distributors, and internal stakeholders to deliver strong clinical and commercial outcomes, while achieving targets and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of medical device or healthcare sales experience (orthopedics preferred).
• English proficiency and OR support experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work in operating rooms and travel.

Responsabilités

• Achieve assigned sales targets and territory objectives.
• Develop territory plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Grow market share in assigned accounts.
• Account management: acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Become a SME of company's products to support the surgery and customer education.
• Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to execute educational programs and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, maintain CRM records, and submit timely business reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations in all commercial activities.
