You will collaborate with surgeons, hospitals, distributors, and internal stakeholders to achieve strong clinical and commercial outcomes. Travel and OR presence are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years medical device or healthcare sales experience.
• English proficiency; OR support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and territory objectives.
• Develop territory plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Grow market share in assigned accounts.
• Account management: acquire new customers and maintain relationships.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Become a SME of company's products to support surgery and customer education.
• Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to execute educational programs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, maintain CRM records, and submit reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
