Johnson & Johnson Makassar is seeking a Product Specialist for the joint replacement portfolio, combining clinical support, sales execution, surgeon education, and OR assistance to drive adoption and growth.

The role collaborates with surgeons, hospital admins, distributors, and internal stakeholders to achieve strong clinical and commercial outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, biomedical engineering, pharmacy, life sciences, or related field.
• 2–5 years of medical device or healthcare sales experience (orthopedics preferred).
• English proficiency and OR support experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work in operating rooms and travel.
