Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, a leader in healthcare innovation, seeks a Product Specialist to promote and support joint replacement solutions including hip, knee, and robotic-assisted orthopedic products in Makassar. You will blend clinical support with sales execution and surgeon education to drive adoption and business growth.

Collaborate with surgeons, hospital admins, distributors, and internal teams to ensure strong clinical and commercial outcomes, while traveling to operate in ORs as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 2-5 years of medical device or healthcare sales experience (orthopedics preferred).
• English proficiency; operating room support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and territory objectives.
• Develop territory plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Grow market share in assigned accounts.
• Account management: acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Become a SME of company's products to support surgery and education.
• Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to execute educational programs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, maintain CRM records, and submit reports.
• Ensure compliance with policies and healthcare industry regulations.
