Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Specialist to promote and support the joint replacement portfolio, including hip, knee, and robotic-assisted orthopedic solutions. You will provide clinical support, drive sales, and educate surgeons to drive adoption.

You will collaborate with surgeons, hospitals, distributors, and internal stakeholders to ensure strong clinical and commercial outcomes, with travel to operating rooms as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 2-5 years of medical device or healthcare sales experience (orthopedics preferred).
• English proficiency and OR support experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work in operating rooms and travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and territory objectives.
• Develop territory plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Grow market share in assigned accounts.
• Account management: acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Become a SME of company's products to support the surgery and customer education.
• Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to execute educational programs and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, maintain CRM records, and submit timely business reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations in all commercial activities.
