Veralto is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage Oracle-based order booking, invoicing, and payment follow-ups for customers in Indonesia. The role requires strong coordination with finance, supply chain, and field teams to ensure timely order execution.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in instrumentation, solid Oracle/Excel skills, and experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce. You will support global teams and respond to inquiries on delivery, certificates, and documentation.

Formación

• 6–8 years of experience in instrumentation industry.
• First preferred degree in engineering (instrumentation, chemical and allied streams) or chemistry.
• Second preferred degree in technology. Expertise in Oracle, Excel; experience in order booking & customer support; CRM/Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Do order booking in Oracle and manage commercial terms of purchase orders.
• Handle discount approvals per DOA and coordinate with finance and supply chain.
• Coordinate shipment planning, item allocation, and hold releases in Oracle with SCM help.
• Send pro forma/invoice to customers and follow up on payments with finance.
• Manage returns/RMA, customer complaints, and follow up with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Create new customers and vendor registrations; work on customer portals for order activity.
