Veralto is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Jakarta, Indonesia to manage order bookings in Oracle and coordinate with finance, SCM, and sales teams. You will handle discounts, DOA approvals, shipments, and customer communications, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation.

The role requires 6–8 years in instrumentation, strong Excel skills, and experience with Oracle Order Management, CRM tools, and Salesforce.

Formación

• 6-8 years of experience in instrumentation industry
• First degree in engineering (instrumentation, chemical or allied streams) or chemistry
• Second degree in technology
• Expertise in Oracle, Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience in order booking & customer support (preferred)
• Experience in using Oracle Order Management functions (preferred) or similar
• Experience in using CRM tool and Salesforce/Quote tool (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Perform order booking in Oracle and manage related documentation
• Handle discounts and DOA-based approvals
• Coordinate with finance for validations and with Supply Chain for ship sets allocation
• Manage shipment planning, hold releases, and item allocation
• Create and send Proforma invoices and follow up on payments
• Handle returns, RMA, and customer complaints with stakeholders
• Generate pre-orders and FOC orders and track from quotes to fulfillment
• Respond to customer queries on orders, ETA, certificates, COA, shelf-life etc.
• Coordinate between customer, field sales, After Market, service and supply chain
• Create new customers and register vendors on portals
• Issue demo instruments from Supply Chain and support sales teams
• Work on PBG requirements with finance support
• Provide internal and external coordination as needed
• Maintain data in Salesforce and drive daily quote-to-book-to-payment rhythms
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Deliver outputs within service levels
• Coordinate with CPs for timely proposals and post-proposal follow-ups
• Prepare service quotations based on inputs from service engineers and BDMs
