Job summary

Veralto in Jakarta is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage order booking in Oracle, understand commercial terms of purchase orders, and coordinate with finance and supply chain. You will handle shipments, returns, and customer inquiries about delivery, ETA, certifications and shelf-life, while driving collaboration between customer, field sales, after market, service, and supply chain.

Experience with Oracle Order Management, CRM tools, and Excel is preferred, and you will create

Qualifications

• Experience in order booking and customer support.
• Experience with Oracle Order Management functions or similar.
• Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools.
• CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Main task is to do the Order booking in Oracle.
• Knowledge of commercial terms of a purchase order.
• Working on Discount Approval process and taking approval as per DOA.
• Working with finance for validations & Supply chain for allocation.
• Work on Shipment Plan, Hold release of orders through oracle, Item allocation with Supply chain.
• Sending PI to customers and follow-up for Payments with finance.
