Job summary

Cermati.com is seeking an Operations & Training Specialist to conduct and evaluate weekly training for Ops new joiners and existing staff. You will coordinate with Ops leaders to deliver training and develop modules for Ops training, reporting to the L&D Manager on daily to monthly activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/HR/Business and at least 2 years in training, with strong public speaking, presentation, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in training/learning & development or related role.
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills with presentation ability.
• Proficient in MS Office; PowerPoint; basic Photoshop & Premiere Pro.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and Evaluate weekly Ops new joiner and existing employee training.
• Coordinate with Ops leaders in training delivery.
• Facilitate modules for Ops training (development).
• Report directly to L&D Manager for any Ops Training activity (Daily, Weekly & Monthly).
• Assist L&D Department for Non-Ops Training if needed.
• Facilitate refreshment program if needed.
