Job summary

You will collaborate with school partners, business, and regional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive improvements through data-driven ideas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in business/operations/sales preferred.
• Understanding of business metrics and KPIs.
• Strong time-management and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative, operations and services to support business projects.
• Support teaching learning operations (class distributions, student/teacher attendances).
• Provide assistance and information on product features.
• Support information of learning process services.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Creative and pro-actively come with improvement ideas.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders (school partner, business, regional, etc.) to achieve better results.
