Responsibilities

• Handle administrative, operations and services to support business project related to student and/or lecturer service.
• Support and ensure teaching learning operations (class distributions, student-teacher attendances, etc.)
• Provide assistance and information on product features.
• Support and ensure information of learning process services.
• Ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
• Creative and pro-actively come with improvement ideas
• Collaborate with all stakeholder (school partner, business, commercial, regional, etc.) to achieve better results
