We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join The Bench Brewery in South Kuta, Bali. This is a contract position designed to drive operational excellence and efficiency across our hospitality and tourism operations. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring service quality, managing resources, and implementing strategic initiatives that contribute to the success of our business. This role is crucial to maintaining our competitive advantage and delivering exceptional experiences to our guests and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in operations management within the hospitality, Restaurant & Bar and tourism industry, ideally 5+ years in a similar role

Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, guest service standards, and industry best practices

Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff

Proficiency in budget management, financial analysis, and cost control

Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams

Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure

Knowledge of hospitality management systems and software

Understanding of local regulations and requirements in Bali is advantageous
