We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join us in bringing a new restaurant concept to life in Pererenan, Bali. Our concept will combine a breakfast offering with an exciting dinner experience. This role is about managing daily operations while building something exceptional from the ground up and becoming an important part of our team and company.

Key responsibilities

Oversee and manage the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Lead, motivate, train, and develop the team, building a strong culture of teamwork, accountability, and mutual respect.

Maintain high standards of guest service, hospitality, cleanliness, and overall presentation.

Establish and implement operational procedures and service standards in collaboration with company leadership.

Work closely with the Director General and management team to define the restaurant's direction, objectives, and long-term development.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination between front of house and back of house.

Monitor operational performance, labour costs, sales, and other key business indicators.

Work closely with accounting and purchasing to maintain financial control and efficient operations.

Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development.

Take initiative in identifying opportunities to improve the guest experience, team performance, and overall business results.

About you

3–5 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar management position, ideally within a quality-driven restaurant environment.

Strong knowledge of Bali's hospitality scene, local market, and business environment.

A proactive, energetic, and hands‑on individual with a genuine passion for hospitality.

A natural leader who knows how to motivate, support, and develop a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both guests and colleagues.

A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility.

The ability to manage daily restaurant operations while maintaining high standards of service and guest experience.
