Job summary

Yuni Fashion Group invites an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end business operations across inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, and customer service. You will optimize Jubelio ERP, drive data-driven decisions, and scale workflows for multi-brand e-commerce.

The role demands 3–5 years in operations or supply chain within retail or online channels, strong Excel skills, and proven leadership across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Own and oversee end-to-end business operations across inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, customer service, and General Affairs. Manage and optimize operational systems (primarily Jubelio ERP) to ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and scalable workflows.

Key responsibilities

Develop and improve operational SOPs, workflows, and processes to drive continuous improvement

Lead inventory management, stock allocation, and warehouse operations across all sales channels

Support operational readiness and execution across all sales channels, including retail, events, and new business initiatives

Analyze operational data, prepare reports, monitor KPIs, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and business performance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Manage operational, logistics, and General Affairs vendors, including office facilities, company assets, and procurement

About you

Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Business Operations, preferably in retail or e-commerce

Hands-on experience using ERP systems, preferably Jubelio

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, reporting, and data analysis

Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, fulfillment, and logistics

Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) platforms such as Biteship is a plus

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights

Excellent problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset

Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
