Job summary

PT. GLOBAL INDEP CONSULTANTS INDONESIA is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a growing fashion and garment company in Bali. You will lead production planning, coordinate with suppliers, and manage inventory to meet deadlines and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in fashion or textiles, strong leadership, and hands-on problem-solving skills. English communication is a plus as the team collaborates with partners and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production and operational activities
• Plan and monitor production schedules, deadlines, and delivery
• Coordinate with suppliers, production teams, and other business partners
• Manage purchasing, materials, inventory, and production requirements
• Monitor product quality and ensure production standards are maintained
• Lead and coordinate the operational and production team
• Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions
• Monitor costs, productivity, and operational efficiency
• Prepare regular operational updates and reports for management
• Support the improvement of systems and processes as the company grows

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fashion, garment, textile, production, or related operations
• Experience in production planning and supplier management
• Good understanding of garment production and quality control
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Good English communication skills would be an advantage
