Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education: D3/S1 in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of Area Manager or Multi-Store Manager experience in Retail/F&B.
• Proficient in Excel and P&L management; data-driven decision making.
• Experience managing mall and event operations.
• Strategic mindset with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Area Manager position responsible for managing retail/F&B operations across multiple store locations, driving sales growth, and overseeing strategic expansion opportunities within assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

Identify expansion opportunities and evaluate new store locations

Support achievement of sales targets for sales area and offline stores

Analyze sales data and design effective data-driven strategies to increase revenue and profitability in assigned area

Manage and monitor Profit & Loss (P&L) for the area

Manage maintenance and asset management for the company in the area

Manage and develop human resources in the area, including ensuring team productivity and maintaining employee retention rates

About you

Minimum D3/S1 education from any discipline

Minimum 3 years experience in Area Manager or Multi-Store Manager position in Retail/F&B industry

Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and understanding of P&L (Profit & Loss)

Experience managing mall and event operations

Data-driven and strategic mindset

Ability to create and design sales improvement strategies for assigned area

Willing to work with high mobility for operational visits

Leadership capability, strong communication skills, and high integrity
