Job summary

CV Royale Heritage Innv is seeking a Warehouse Operational Lead in Jakarta to oversee daily warehouse activities. You will manage the end-to-end flow from receiving to dispatch, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong attention to detail, and the ability to drive continuous improvement through SOPs, reports, and KPI analysis. Experience with FMCG or cosmetics is preferred and flexibility for shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in warehouse/fulfillment operations with leadership experience.

• Understand end-to-end warehouse flow: receipt to stock opname and returns.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a Warehouse Operational Lead to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our beauty and skincare warehouse. This role is responsible for ensuring every stage of the operational flow runs efficiently, accurately, and in line with quality standards from receiving and storage to filling, quality control, packing, and order dispatch.

You will work closely with Field Coordinators and cross-functional teams to plan manpower capacity, equipment, work shifts, material availability, and daily output targets. You will also play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy between physical stock and the system, investigating operational issues and buyer complaints, and developing SOPs and weekly operational reports to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong attention to detail, comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, quality, and operational accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the operational flow from goods receipt, filling, QC, packing, to dispatch
• Prepare operational capacity for SDM, equipment, and working hours for the next quarterly target
• Compile daily output targets and shift allocation with the Field Coordinator
• Ensure availability of materials and packaging stock with the Purchasing team
• Maintain accuracy of system and physical stock
• Analyze buyer complaints from an operational perspective
• Develop SOPs for each work station and prepare weekly operational reports
• Submit overtime requests according to company procedures

About you

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/fulfillment operations; ideally with experience leading a team or as a supervisor/coordinator
• Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, skincare, pharmaceuticals, or industries with batch and expiry date control is preferred
• Understand end-to-end warehouse flow: receiving, putaway, picking/filling, QC, packing, dispatch, returns, and stock opname
• Master inventory management: system vs physical stock accuracy, FIFO/FEFO, batch/lot tracking, expiry control, and stock variance investigation
• Capable of planning SDM capacity, equipment, layout, daily targets, shifts, and overtime needs based on order volume
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for KPI monitoring, operational reporting, and productivity analysis
• Understand quality standards, hygiene, workplace safety, and SOPs; knowledge of CPKB/GMP is an added value
• Possess analytical capability to trace root causes of buyer complaints, delays, order errors, and packing defects
• Able to develop, implement, and improve work SOPs and ensure discipline in field execution
• Strong leadership: capable of directing coordinators/operators, building cross-functional coordination with Purchasing, QC, Customer Service, and Logistics; detail-oriented, firm, communicative, able to work with targets and fast operational pace, willing to work shifts/overtime as needed
