Job summary

PT Pakaian Karya Bangsa is seeking a highly driven DC Operations Manager to lead our end-to-end warehouse operations in Tangerang, Indonesia. You will oversee inbound, inventory control, outbound fulfillment, shipping, and reverse logistics to ensure outstanding customer experience across our omnichannel business.

Responsibilities include optimizing workflows, monitoring KPIs, driving cost reductions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain ops.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial role in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, distribution, or fulfillment.
• Strong understanding of inbound, inventory, outbound, shipping, and reverse logistics.
• Hands-on experience with WMS and ERP platforms.

PT Pakaian Karya Bangsa is looking for a highly driven and experienced DC Operations Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end warehouse operations.

This role will oversee inbound operations, inventory control, outbound fulfillment, shipping, and reverse logistics activities to ensure operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and outstanding customer experience across our omnichannel business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end fulfillment center operations, including inbound, inventory control, outbound fulfillment, shipping, and returns processes.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain efficient warehouse workflows to support business growth.
• Monitor operational KPIs, including SLA achievement, order fulfillment accuracy, productivity, inventory accuracy, and logistics performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, optimize warehouse capacity, and reduce logistics costs.
• Collaborate closely with Merchandising, E-Commerce, Customer Operations, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
• Manage workforce planning, scheduling, performance management, and team development across warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies.
• Analyze operational data and prepare management reports with actionable recommendations for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
