Job summary

Yuni Fashion Group invites an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end business operations across inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, and customer service. You will optimize Jubelio ERP, drive data-driven decisions, and scale workflows for multi-brand e-commerce.

The role demands 3–5 years in operations or supply chain within retail or online channels, strong Excel skills, and proven leadership across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee end-to-end operations including inventory, warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, customer service and General Affairs
• Improve SOPs, workflows and processes for continuous improvement
• Lead inventory management, stock allocation and warehouse operations across all channels
• Support readiness and execution across retail, events and new initiatives
• Analyze data, prepare reports, monitor KPIs and propose efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Manage vendors for operations, logistics, facilities and procurement
