Job summary

Job description

We are seeking a qualified and responsible Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple F&B outlets and ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the daily operations of more than 5 F&B outlets.

Ensure all outlets operate in accordance with company SOPs, policies, and service standards.

Monitor store performance, sales, staffing, inventory, and operational efficiency.

Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

Coordinate with store teams, supervisors, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Identify operational issues and implement appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

Prepare, review, and submit regular operational reports to management.

Monitor employee performance and provide guidance to ensure operational standards are maintained.

Support management in developing and implementing operational improvements and strategies.

Maintain effective communication with management and relevant stakeholders in English.

Requirements

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage and coordinate the operations of multiple outlets simultaneously.

Highly responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Willing to travel between outlets as required.

Previous experience in F&B or multi-outlet operations is preferred.
