The role reports to the CEO and focuses on scaling processes, SOPs, and cross-functional execution across Sales, Product, Technology, Finance, and Customer Support.

The candidate will design operational policies, manage budgets, drive continuous improvement, and build a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in fintech/SaaS/high-growth tech.
• Experience leading cross-functional operational teams and initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of process design, SOPs, and workflow optimization.
• Experience in budgeting and cost-efficiency programs.
• Excellent project management and organizational planning.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Mandarin business proficiency and English working proficiency.
