Job summary

Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Technology, Finance, and Customer Support, build high-performance teams, manage budgets, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience leading and scaling operations.
• Experience managing cross-functional operational teams and implementing excellence initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of process design, SOP development and business process improvement.
• Experience managing budgets, resource planning, and cost-efficiency programs.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and execution capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and team development.
• Business Mandarin proficiency is required for communication and reporting.
• English proficiency for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business operations to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Design, implement, maintain, and improve SOPs and workflow frameworks.
• Build and develop high-performing operations teams with accountability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, Finance, and Customer Support to align execution with objectives.
