Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an Operations Manager in Jakarta to lead end-to-end operations, scale processes, and drive cross-functional execution across Sales, Product, Technology, Finance and Customer Support to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience leading and scaling operations in fintech/SaaS/tech environments.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and implementing operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong understanding of process design, workflow optimization, SOP development, and business process improvement.
• Experience managing budgets, resource planning, and cost-efficiency programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business operations to ensure efficient daily execution and scalability.
• Design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve SOPs and workflows.
• Build, manage, coach, and develop high-performing operations teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, Finance, and Customer Support to align execution with objectives.
• Monitor performance, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop operational strategies to improve productivity, service quality, and customer experience.
• Manage departmental budgets and cost-optimization initiatives while maintaining effectiveness.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks, implementing scalable solutions.
• Prepare operational reports, performance metrics, and executive recommendations.
