Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end operational functions within a fast-growing fintech environment in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will establish SOPs, improve workflow efficiency, and drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Technology, Finance and Customer Support to scale the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience leading and scaling operations in fintech/SaaS/tech environments.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and experience implementing operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of process design, SOP development, and business improvement methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets, resource planning, and cost-efficiency programs.
• Excellent project management, organizational planning, and execution skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Mandarin business proficiency and English for collaboration are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business operations to ensure daily efficiency and scalability.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve SOPs and workflow frameworks.
• Build and coach high-performing operations teams with accountability.
