Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business-related field.
• 5+ years in managerial ops roles in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth tech environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing ops excellence initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of process design, SOP development, and workflow optimization.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and cost-efficiency programs.
• Excellent project management, organizational planning, and execution skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and team development skills.
• Business Mandarin and English proficiency required for cross-functional reporting and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business operations to support scalable growth.
