Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an Operations Manager for its client in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role leads end-to-end operations, designs SOPs, and drives scalable processes to support rapid growth across Sales, Product, Tech, Finance, and Support.

The successful candidate will build high-performing teams, optimize workflows, and manage budgets while improving productivity, service quality, and customer experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field as listed in the job description.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience leading and scaling operations in fintech/SaaS/high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to design SOPs, improve workflows, and manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience with operational budgeting, resource planning, and cost-efficiency programs.
• Excellent PM, organizational planning, and execution skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
• Mandarin business proficiency and working knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business operations for scalability and efficiency.
• Design, implement, maintain, and improve SOPs and workflow frameworks.
• Build, manage, coach, and develop high-performing operations teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, Finance, and Customer Support to align execution with objectives.
• Monitor performance, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvements.
• Develop strategies to improve productivity, service quality, and customer experience.
• Manage departmental budgets and implement cost optimization while maintaining effectiveness.
• Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and execute sustainable solutions.
• Prepare operational reports, metrics, and executive recommendations.
• Support growth with scalable structures for long-term expansion.
