Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end operations for a growing fintech platform in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role reports to the CEO and focuses on scalable processes, SOPs, and cross-functional execution.

You will manage diverse teams across Sales, Product, Technology, Finance, and Customer Support, driving continuous improvement and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management or related field.
• 5+ years of managerial experience leading and scaling business operations within fintech, SaaS, or high-growth tech.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional operations teams and implementing operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong understanding of process design, workflow optimization, SOP development, and business process improvement methodologies.
• Mandarin business proficiency and English for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations to ensure efficient daily execution and scalability.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve SOPs and workflow frameworks.
• Build, manage, coach, and develop high-performing operations teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, Finance, and Customer Support to align operations with business objectives.
• Monitor performance, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop operational strategies to improve productivity, service quality, and customer experience.
• Manage departmental budgets and implement cost optimization while maintaining effectiveness.
• Identify operational risks and bottlenecks, implementing sustainable solutions.
• Prepare operational reports and recommendations for executive leadership.
• Support growth by developing scalable operational structures for long-term expansion.
