Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial operations experience in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth tech.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong process design, SOP development, budgeting, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities
