Job summary

You will build and coach high-performing teams across Sales, Product, Technology, Finance and Customer Support, monitor performance, manage budgets, and report key metrics to the CEO in a fast-paced fintech environment, with Mandarin for business reporting and English for collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of managerial ops experience in fintech/SaaS or high-growth startups.
• Proven cross-functional team leadership and cost-efficiency programs.
• Strong process design, SOP development, and workflow optimization.
• Budget management, resource planning, and cost control experience.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and execution skills.
• Mandarin for business reporting; English for collaboration.
