Job summary

PT Stars Global Resources Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Warehouse & Expedition Manager to lead end-to-end goods flow from receiving to delivery. You will shape strategies for inventory accuracy, security, and cost efficiency, while driving KPI achievement and continuous improvement across the team.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in warehousing leadership, strong planning and budgeting capabilities, and proven ability to coordinate with SCM, Purchasing, Finance, and Production to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience with prior managerial roles.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, and distribution.
• Proven track record managing stock accuracy, capacity, delivery performance, and costs.
• Ability to develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and service levels.
• Strong planning, monitoring, budgeting, and performance management skills.
• Ability to lead and develop teams and coordinate with SCM, Purchasing, Finance, Production, and external parties.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Warehouse & Expedition activities to ensure smooth and efficient flow of goods from receiving to delivery.
• Develop strategies and work plans to ensure availability, accuracy, and security of inventory.
• Optimize warehouse capacity, resource utilization, and operational costs in line with targets.
• Ensure distribution and delivery processes are completed on time and in accordance with schedules.
• Monitor inventory, stock movements, and stock opname for data accuracy.
• Establish and evaluate Warehouse & Expedition KPIs and drive continuous achievement of targets.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop the team to improve productivity, discipline, and effectiveness.
• Ensure all operations comply with SOPs, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
