Job summary

Rumah Makan Pangeran Khas Minang is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure SOP compliance, and lead a team to manage inbound/outbound goods. You will supervise receiving, storage, stock checks, and FIFO/FEFO implementations while coordinating with Purchasing, Production, and Sales teams.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to train staff, conduct stock counts, and prepare regular reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee goods receiving process and conduct quality and quantity checks.
• Arrange goods storage and organize item placement for efficiency.
• Control goods retrieval, packaging, and outbound shipping processes.
• Ensure implementation of FIFO or FEFO to prevent damage or expiration.
• Maintain accuracy of physical stock records and system data.
• Schedule and lead regular stock opname activities.
• Handle stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items and identify solutions.
• Lead, assign tasks, and schedule shifts for warehouse staff.
• Conduct daily briefings, provide guidance, and train new staff.
• Evaluate warehouse employee performance and maintain work discipline.
• Create daily, weekly, or monthly reports on warehouse activities and stock movement.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding goods availability.
• Ensure security, cleanliness, and implementation of occupational safety and health in the warehouse area.

Key responsibilities
