Job summary

Hangry is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, assign teams, set priorities, and ensure flawless execution in our Jakarta warehouse.

You will optimize space, monitor KPIs, manage inventory accuracy with cycle counts and aging reviews, and ensure WMS reflects real activity while meeting food safety standards.

Collaborate with 3PL partners, drive continuous improvement, and align with IT for system improvements and smoother logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing warehouse teams and/or 3PL partners.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes, and WMS.
• Understanding of warehouse quality, food safety, and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Ownership, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.

Job description

Lead daily warehouse operations, including team assignments, priorities, and operational execution.

Optimize warehouse space, storage utilization, and operational workflows.

Monitor warehouse KPIs and align performance with 3PL service-level targets.

Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, stock level monitoring, and aging reviews.

Ensure WMS data accurately reflects physical inventory and warehouse operations.

Monitor inventory shrinkage, investigate discrepancies, and drive corrective actions.

Ensure warehouse operations meet food handling, quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Manage day-to-day WMS operations and coordinate system troubleshooting and improvements with IT.

Oversee 3PL operations, including staffing, resource allocation, SOP adherence, and service performance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency, service quality, and operational costs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.

Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations, preferably in F&B, FMCG, retail, or a fast-paced environment.

Experience managing warehouse teams and/or third-party logistics (3PL) partners.

Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes, and WMS.

Good understanding of warehouse quality, food safety, and compliance standards.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

Strong ownership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
