Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim in Bali is seeking a Warehouse Head to manage daily operations for dry, chiller, and freezer areas, ensuring strict temperature control and product quality. You’ll oversee 10+ warehouse staff, enforce SOPs, and coordinate with Production and Sales for timely deliveries.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience in FMCG/food sectors, and strong knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, HACCP, and GMP standards. A SIM A driving license and a related bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of dry warehouse, chiller, and freezer.
• Control inbound/outbound stock, implement FIFO/FEFO, monthly stock opname.
• Lead, train, and evaluate 10+ warehouse staff; enforce SOP and discipline.
• Coordinate with Production and Sales for delivery planning; drive when needed (SIM A).
• Ensure HACCP, BPOM, and GMP compliance; maintain cleanliness and pest control.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock, damage, variance, and costs.
• Handle stock discrepancies, delays, or equipment breakdown; propose improvements.

Job description

Manage daily operations of dry warehouse, chiller, and freezer. Ensure temperature control and product quality.

Inventory & Stock Management

Control incoming, outgoing, and stock of raw materials & finished goods. Implement FIFO, FEFO, and monthly stock opname. Minimize shrinkage and dead stock.

Must be proficient in Odoo for inventory, purchase, and delivery modules. Ensure all warehouse transactions are input accurately and on time.

Lead, schedule, train, and evaluate 10+ warehouse staff. Enforce SOP, discipline in warehouse area.

Distribution & Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with Production and Sales for delivery planning. Must have SIM A and able to drive to monitor deliveries when needed.

Food Safety & Compliance

Ensure warehouse complies with HACCP, BPOM, and company GMP standards. Maintain cleanliness and pest control.

Reporting & Data Analysis

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports: stock, damage, variance, and warehouse cost. Provide analysis and recommendations to management.

Problem Solving & Improvement

Handle urgent issues: stock discrepancies, delivery delays, or equipment breakdown. Propose improvement for warehouse efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Odoo ERP : Must be proficient
• Leadership & Problem Solving : Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Driving License: Must have SIM A and able to drive a car
• Min. 3 years experience as Warehouse Head in FMCG/Food/Meat Processing
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• Understand cold chain, FIFO/FEFO
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, and can work under pressure
