Job summary

AstraZeneca is seeking an Oncology Account Specialist in Jakarta to develop territory and build strong customer relationships, aiming to maximize sales and market share of oncology products within the territory.

The role requires prior sales experience in oncology, a proactive mindset, and strong interpersonal skills to influence customers and drive performance in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in any field, preferably science-related.
• Experience in Sales function, esp in Oncology Therapy Area.
• High level of drive and determination.
• Good Interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively implement sales strategy and tactics, plan of action (POA) in accordance with company policies.
• Regularly monitor territory’s sales performance to initiate actions to meet objectives.
• Conduct analysis of market/competitors to identify territory opportunities.
• Develop territory Business Plan based on POA and allocate resources for optimal sales impact.
• Monitor territory business plan to ensure resources reach customers with greatest potential.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, product and sales training.
