Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in any field, preferably science-related.
• Experience in Sales function, esp in Oncology Therapy Area.
• High level of drive and determination.
• Good Interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory and build strong customer relationships to maximize sales volume.
• Implement sales strategy and tactics in line with company policies.
• Monitor territory sales performance and adjust actions to meet objectives.
• Develop territory Business Plan and allocate resources for optimal sales impact.
• Deliver key promotional messages within approved detail aids and POA.
• Attend sales meetings and participate in product and sales training.
