Job summary

PT Esensi Solusi Buana (ESB) is seeking a data onboarding specialist to manage client master data for the ESB Core system. You will collaborate with Product Implementors and Product Consultants to verify data, template deliverables, and maintain onboarding momentum with transparent communication.

The role emphasizes accuracy, problem-solving, and adherence to BAST processes while supporting continuous learning and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree in IS, Accounting, or related field.
• Understanding of ERP processes and workflows.
• Strong documentation and templating skills including BAST familiarity.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process, clean, and format client master data for ESB Core system ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Execute data maintenance (updates, additions, deletions) after consulting with Product Implementors and Consultants.
• Identify and resolve onboarding data issues through coordination and agile problem-solving.
• Verify, check, and template deliverables before project handover (BAST management).
• Coordinate with Product Implementors and Consultants to review and confirm data completeness.
• Ensure BAST is checked, approved, and signed before final issuance.
• Update onboarding progress to stakeholders with clear communication to maintain momentum.
• Maintain high service quality per ESB guidelines and support learning sessions.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and foster collaborative team environment.
• Contribute to workflow improvements and continuous process improvements.
