Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 1–2 years in Strategy, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Consulting, or Account Management.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with an agile mindset.
• Proven experience developing, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented with adaptability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with CRM or project management tools is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of partnership strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business assessments with data-driven approach.
• Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships to support growth.
• Assist in developing partnership proposals, presentations, and business cases with transparent insights.
• Build trust-based relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement partnership initiatives with collaboration.
• Monitor partnership performance and provide honest analysis and recommendations.
• Coordinate assigned partnership projects from planning to execution and ensure timely delivery.
• Support continuous improvement of partnership processes through data and stakeholder feedback.
